How Much Does Procore Cost?

Key takeaways
- Procore publishes no price. Its pricing page says it charges an upfront annual fee by product, based on your annual construction volume (ACV).
- ACV is the total dollar value of the construction work across your projects, so the quote grows with your volume, not with your headcount.
- Procore includes unlimited users, unlimited data and unlimited 24/7 support in the fee, and says there are no hidden fees.
- To compare it fairly, get a written quote that names each product, the ACV it assumes, the term, and what happens at renewal if your volume grows.
Procore does not publish a price. Its pricing page says it charges an upfront annual fee for each product you buy, set by your annual construction volume: the total dollar value of the construction work across your projects. Users, data storage and 24/7 support are unlimited and included. To learn what Procore will cost your company, you request a quote by company type and volume. Any figure you see elsewhere is someone else's estimate, not Procore's price.
How Procore prices: product and construction volume
Procore's pricing page says: "We charge an upfront annual fee by product and based upon your Annual Construction Volume (ACV)." It defines ACV as "the aggregate dollar value of the construction work across your projects." You start a quote by choosing your company type: general contractor, specialty contractor, owner/developer or government.
| Pricing term | What Procore says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Price | No dollar figure; a custom quote | You learn the price only after talking to sales |
| Basis | An upfront annual fee by product | The fee is set for each product you buy, so the products you pick shape the quote |
| Volume | Based on Annual Construction Volume (ACV) | More work under contract means a larger fee; the number of jobs alone does not set it |
| Users | Unlimited users | No per-seat charge for your team or the people you invite |
| Storage and support | Unlimited data, unlimited 24/7 support | Included, not sold as add-ons |
| Fees | No hidden fees | Ask the quote to list every product and any implementation charge in writing |
What Procore's products are
Because the fee is per product, the quote depends on what you buy. Procore's small business page lists Project Management, Project Financials, Quality & Safety, Invoice Management, Resource Tracking and Bid Management. Its general contractors page also names Analytics, Resource Planning and Pay, its subcontractor payment product. Specialty contractors see a different set, including Estimating and equipment management (subcontractors page).
A GC that needs only project management will be quoted differently from one buying project management, financials and bid management together. Ask for each product's price on its own line.
How to get a Procore quote you can compare
- Work out your annual construction volume the way Procore defines it: the dollar value of the construction work across your projects in a year. Use the same number with every vendor.
- List the products you actually need. Ask whether a product you skip now can be added later at the same rate.
- Ask for the term (one year or several), when payment is due (Procore says the fee is upfront), and how the fee changes at renewal if your volume grows.
- Ask whether there is an implementation or training charge. Procore's small business page says onboarding takes 30 days or less.
- Get the answer in writing and compare the total per year with other vendors' published prices.
The same GC, two years apart
- Year 1
- 4 jobs at once, $12 million of construction a year
- Year 2
- 4 jobs at once, $20 million a year (bigger contracts)
- Volume-based fee (like Procore's)
- Re-quoted on the higher volume at renewal: ask how much it rises
- Per-project fee (like Conflo's)
- Unchanged: 4 active projects is the Team plan, $599 a month, either year
Why figures online vary
Review sites and forums post starting prices and quotes people say they received. Treat them as that site's or that person's claim: Procore's own pages give no figure, and two companies with different volumes and products will not get the same quote. The only Procore price that counts is the one in your written quote.
If you want a published price
Conflo publishes its prices on its pricing page: free for one active project, $599 a month for up to five (more at $179 a month each), and $1,499 a month for up to fifteen, with unlimited users and every tool on every plan. Only the GC pays, by active project, so jobs you are bidding don't count. Conflo is new, has no live integrations yet (approved sub pay apps export to your bookkeeper as a file), and is opening to companies from a waitlist.
For the full side-by-side, see Conflo vs Procore, or Procore alternatives. Conflo's tools include trade bids, pay apps and change orders.
The bottom line
Procore prices each product as an annual fee set by your construction volume, with unlimited users and support included, and it publishes no figure. Get a written quote with each product, the volume it assumes, the term and the renewal terms.
If you would rather start from a published price per project, join the Conflo waitlist.

Questions
How much does Procore cost per year?
Procore does not publish a figure. It charges an upfront annual fee for each product, based on your annual construction volume, so the price depends on what you buy and how much work you run. Request a quote from Procore for your company's number.
Does Procore charge per user?

What is annual construction volume (ACV)?
Procore defines it as the aggregate dollar value of the construction work across your projects. It is the number Procore uses to size your annual fee.
Is there a free version of Procore?
Procore's pricing page lists no free plan; it offers a custom quote. Conflo, by comparison, publishes a free plan for one active project with every tool.
