Construction project team management software

Know who is on the job and what they do.

Team lists everyone on the project, grouped by company and ordered owner, general contractor, design team, then subcontractors. The general contractor invites people by email with a project role, and each person joins as part of their company.

What it does

Every company and person on the job, and their role.

Grouped by company

People are grouped under their company, with each company's role on the job and trade. Tabs filter to owner, GC, design, subs or pending invites.

Invite in one pass

Pick the company from your directory, or create it on the spot. Add the person's name, email, title and phone, choose their role, and send.

Project roles

Project manager, superintendent, project engineer, owner's representative, architect or engineer of record, foreman, estimator, supplier rep or viewer.

Secure invite links

Each invite is a one-time emailed link that works for 14 days. Resending issues a new link and retires the old one.

Join with or without an account

People who already use Conflo sign in and join. New people create an account from the link and land on the project, already part of their company.

Change roles and remove access

The general contractor can change anyone's project role, revoke a pending invite or remove someone from the project.

How it works

Step by step.

From the first step to the final record.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the company

Choose your own company, a company from your directory, or add a new one with its role on the job and trade.

  2. Step 2

Name the person and their role

Enter their name and email, add a title and phone if you have them, and pick their project role.

  3. Step 3

    Send the invite

Conflo emails a one-time link. The person shows as invited until they accept, and you can resend if needed.

  4. Step 4

    They join the project

Opening the link signs them in or creates their account, adds them to their company and puts them on the project.

Questions

Team, answered.

Who can invite people to a project?

The general contractor. Everyone on the project can see the team list.

How long does an invite link last?

Fourteen days. Resending an invite sends a new link and the previous one stops working.

Does the person need a Conflo account first?

No. If they don't have one, they create it from the invite link and join the project as part of the company they were invited with.

Can I invite someone from a company that isn't in my directory yet?

Yes. Create the company in the invite form with its role on the job and trade, and it is added to your directory.
