Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we do with it.

Last updated 16 October 2026.

What this covers

This policy covers conflo.co: the public website, the waitlist and the demo form, and signing in. Conflo ("we") runs it.

What we collect, and why

The waitlist: your name, work email, company, what your company does, its size, anything you write in the optional note, and the page you sent it from. We use it to contact you when Conflo opens to new companies.

A demo request: your name, work email, company, what your company does, its annual volume if you give it, and your message. We use it to arrange the demo.

Abuse limits: to stop a form being flooded, we count how often it is sent from each IP address and for each email address, in one-hour windows. For this count we store only a one-way hash of the address and the IP, never the address or the IP itself.

Signing in: people with an account get a sign-in cookie that keeps them signed in. The website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party trackers.

Who processes it

Our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site, our database provider (Supabase) stores what you send, and our email provider (Resend) delivers the emails we send, including the note to our team about a new waitlist entry or demo request. Each processes it only to provide that service to us.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries and demo requests are kept until you ask us to delete them. Joining the waitlist again with the same address changes nothing: we keep your first entry. The abuse-limit counts hold no address or IP, only their hashes.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email support@conflo.co. We'll answer from the same address.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
