Construction task management software
Close the small things before they grow.
Type a task in the first row of the list and press Enter. Assign it to anyone on the project, give it a due date and a priority, and break it into a checklist. Overdue work rises to the top, and everyone sees what's on their plate.

Small follow-ups that don't belong anywhere else, assigned and dated.
What it does
The project's to-do list, assigned and due.
Quick add from the list
The first row of the table is the input. Type a title, optionally pick who, when and priority, and it's added without opening a form.
Assign to anyone on the project
Tasks can go to anyone on the project team, whether GC staff, a sub, the owner or the design team.
Due dates and priority
Set high, medium or low priority and a due date. Open work is ordered by overdue first, then soonest due, then priority.
Checklists inside a task
Add subtasks one per line when you create a task, or add them later, and tick them off as they're done. The list shows progress on each.
Tabs for what matters
Filter to open, assigned to me, due today, overdue, completed or archived, and search titles and descriptions.
Categories
Tag tasks with a category, such as procurement, to group related work.
How it works

Step 1
Add the task

Step 3
Work the checklist
Tick off subtasks as they're done and edit the task as details change.
Step 4

Questions
Tasks, answered.
Who can see a task?
The GC team sees every task on the project. Everyone else sees the tasks assigned to them and the ones they created.
Who can mark a task complete?
The person it's assigned to, or anyone on the GC team. The creator or the assignee can reopen it.
Can a task have subtasks?
Yes. Each task has a checklist. Add items when you create it or later from the task page, and tick them off as you go.
What's the difference between completing and archiving?
Completing means the work is done. Archiving removes a task that no longer applies from the active list without marking it done. Both can be reopened.
