Construction procurement and material tracking software
Know which materials will arrive late before they do.
Track every long-lead material and piece of equipment by CSI division, with its supplier, submittal, lead time and the date it's needed on site. Conflo works out the latest date to order it and flags anything that is already late to order or expected after it's needed.

What it does
Long-lead materials tracked by need date, lead time and delivery.
Grouped by CSI division
Materials are organized under their MasterFormat division, with drawing reference, description, supplier and the responsible company on each line.
Order-by dates
Enter the lead time and the required-on-site date, and Conflo calculates the latest day you can order and still arrive on time.
At-risk flags
An item is flagged when it hasn't been ordered and the order-by date has passed, or when its expected delivery lands after the date it's needed, along with how many days it would slip.
One-tap status
Move an item from not ordered to ordered, shipped and delivered. Ordering stamps the order date and sets expected delivery from the lead time; delivery stamps the delivered date.
Linked to the submittal log
Record the submittal number and whether it's approved. The reference opens the matching submittals in one click.
Owner-furnished items
Mark items that are owner-furnished, contractor-installed and filter them into their own tab, next to at risk, not ordered, in transit and delivered.
How it works
Step by step.
From the first step to the final record.
Step 1
List the long-lead items
Add each material or piece of equipment with its division, supplier, responsible company and submittal reference.
Step 2
Set lead time and need date
Enter the lead time and when it has to be on site. Conflo shows the order-by date.
Step 3
Advance it as it moves
Mark it ordered, shipped and delivered as it happens, and adjust the expected date when the supplier gives you a new one.
Step 4
Work the risk tab
Review everything late to order or expected after its need date, and act before it affects the schedule.
Who uses it
Built for the whole project team.
Everyone on the job works in the same record — each sees what their role allows.
Questions
Procurement, answered.
How is the order-by date calculated?
It is the required-on-site date minus the lead time in days. If an item is still not ordered after that date, it is flagged as late to order.
When is a material marked at risk?
When it hasn't been ordered and its order-by date has passed, or when its expected delivery is after the date it's needed on site. The number of days it would slip is shown.
Does procurement connect to submittals?
Each item stores a submittal reference and an approved flag. The reference links straight to the matching entries in the submittal log.
Can we track owner-furnished equipment?
Yes. Mark an item as owner-furnished, contractor-installed and it appears in its own tab so both the GC and the owner can see it.
Who can edit the procurement log?
The GC team adds and updates items. The owner can view the log.
