Pay applications

A G702 without the calculator.

Contract sum, change orders, retainage and previous certificates are computed from the schedule of values. Subcontractor billings roll up into the owner's application, and each one is reviewed, approved and marked paid.

Compliance

What's blocking payment.

A missing lien waiver or an expiring insurance certificate is called out on the pay app itself, while there's still time to fix it. The sub sees the same list, so nobody finds out on payday.

Change orders

Priced, marked up, approved. Subs never see the markup.

Price the change with cost lines and your markup, review it as the GC, and send it to the owner, who approves in one click. The subcontractor sees their own number — never your markup.

GC review adds markup and schedule impact before the owner ever sees it.

  3. 03

    Approve

The owner approves or sends it back in one click; the contract sum updates.
