How it works
Step by step.
From the first step to the final record.
Step 1
Start from the estimate
Estimated divisions become buyout rows, with your plugs as the budget.
Step 2
Award through leveling
When a package is awarded, the subcontractor and leveled amount appear on the trade with the variance to budget.
Step 3
Send the subcontract
Mark the contract sent when the paperwork goes out.
Step 4
Mark it executed
Mark the subcontract executed when it comes back signed. The trade moves to the executed tab.
Who uses it
Built for the whole project team.
Everyone on the job works in the same record — each sees what their role allows.
Questions
Buyout, answered.
Where does the buyout budget come from?
