Construction inspection software
Inspections that route their own corrections.
Schedule an inspection from a ready-made checklist, mark each item pass, fail or N/A on site, and record the result. Every failed item becomes a follow-up for the sub whose trade it belongs to, and a re-inspection is booked with only the items that failed.

Inspections
City, special and internal inspections, with results and re-inspects.
What it does
Checklists by template, failures routed to the responsible trade.
Checklists from templates
Pick pre-pour, framing, electrical, plumbing or mechanical rough-in, fire sprinkler and alarm, or final building, and the checklist fills itself in. Add project-specific lines, or start from a blank checklist.
City, third-party and internal QC
Record who inspects: the city or AHJ, a third-party agency, or your own QC team, along with the inspector's name, company, location, date and time.
Item-by-item results
Mark every line pass, fail or N/A with a note. Save progress as you walk, and the inspection can't be recorded until every item is answered.
A suggested result you can override
No failures means passed, some means partial, all means failed. The inspector's call wins, and the record keeps both the suggested and the final result.
Follow-ups for the right trade
Each checklist item carries a trade. When it fails, a follow-up goes to the sub on the project with that trade, or to the superintendent when there isn't one. The assigned sub can resolve it themselves.
One-step re-inspections
Book a re-inspection that contains only the failed items, linked to the original both ways, so the history of every correction stays in one chain.
How it works
Step by step.
From the first step to the final record.
Step 1
Schedule it
Choose the inspection type, agency, inspector, location and date. The checklist comes from the template, plus any extra lines you add.
Step 2
Walk the checklist
Mark each item pass, fail or N/A with a note. Save as you go, and reschedule or cancel if the inspector moves the date.
Step 3
Record the result
Accept the suggested result or override it. Failed items turn into follow-ups assigned to the responsible trade.
Step 4
Close the loop
Subs resolve their follow-ups, and you book a re-inspection with just the failed items when the work is ready.
Who uses it
Built for the whole project team.
Everyone on the job works in the same record — each sees what their role allows.
General contractors
Schedules, reschedules and records inspections, overrides results when needed, and books re-inspections.
Subcontractors
Sees inspections on the project and resolves the follow-ups assigned to their company.
Owners
Sees what's scheduled, what passed and what failed, without asking the GC for a status.
Architects & engineers
Sees inspection results and open corrections on the project.
Questions
Inspections, answered.
Which inspection templates are included?
Pre-pour footings and slab, framing, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in, mechanical rough-in, fire sprinkler and alarm, and final building. There is also a blank checklist for anything else, and you can add lines to any template when you schedule.
How does a failed item get to the right sub?
Every template item is tagged with a trade. When the inspection is recorded, each failed item becomes a follow-up assigned to the sub on the project with that trade. If no sub matches, it goes to the superintendent.
Can we record a different result than the checklist suggests?
Yes. Conflo suggests passed, partial or failed from the item results, and you can override it. Both the suggested and the recorded result are kept.
Does a re-inspection repeat the whole checklist?
No. A re-inspection includes only the items that failed, and it is linked to the original inspection in both directions.
How are overdue inspections shown?
An inspection still scheduled after its date is flagged overdue and listed first, followed by failed inspections with open corrections. Tabs split the list into upcoming, overdue, failed, passed and cancelled.
