About Conflo
- What is Conflo?
- Conflo is construction project management software for general contractors and everyone they build with. Bids, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, the schedule, change orders, pay applications and closeout live on one project record that the GC, subcontractors, owners and architects share. Every plan has unlimited users, and subcontractors, owners and architects join free.
- Who is it for?
- General contractors, and the subcontractors, owners and architects or engineers on their jobs. Each party works in the same project record and sees what its role allows.
- Do subcontractors, owners and architects pay?
- No. Only the general contractor pays. A subcontractor keeps one free login across every GC it works with.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Conflo runs in any phone or laptop browser.

- Can I sign up today?
- Not yet. Conflo is opening to new companies soon: join the waitlist and we'll email you when it opens.
- I was invited to a project. How do I join?
- Open the link in your invite. It lets you set a password and join the project as your company, without the waitlist.
- Can I see it first?
- Yes. Book a demo and we'll walk you through Conflo on your kind of project.
Pricing
- What's an active project?
- A job where your company is the general contractor, from award to closeout. Jobs you're still bidding never count, lost and passed bids don't either, and there's no limit on how many you bid. Completed jobs don't count, and they stay fully readable.
- Who pays?
- Only the general contractor. Subcontractors, suppliers, owners and architects work on your projects free — and a sub keeps one free login across every GC they work with.
- Is it really unlimited users?
- Yes, on every plan including Free. Invite your whole office and field team, and everyone you build with.
- What happens when I need more projects?
- Upgrade when you start the next job. On Team you can also add projects one at a time for $179/mo each — or move up to Business.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual, or cancel?
- Yes. Change plans or cancel any time from Billing. Annual plans are two months free.
- Do you charge for onboarding or implementation?
- No. You set up the company yourself and start with your next job; jobs already under way stay where they are. If you'd like a person to walk through it with you, book a call.
