Owner progress report software for contractors
The weekly owner update, mostly written for you.
Start this week's update and Conflo fills in a draft from what happened on the project: RFIs answered, meetings held, tasks completed, what's coming up and what needs attention. Edit it, set the schedule status, and publish it for the owner to read and comment on.

Owner updates
A weekly note to the owner: progress, photos, what's next and what you need from them.
Owner updates
A weekly note to the owner: progress, photos, what's next and what you need from them.
What it does
A weekly update for the owner, drafted from the week's activity.
A first draft from the week
The summary lists RFIs answered, meetings held and tasks completed this week. Upcoming lists owner meetings and high-priority tasks due in the next seven days.
Issues called out for you
Overdue RFIs are listed with how many days late they are and who owes the answer, along with open RFIs that affect the schedule and open meeting action items assigned to the owner.
Schedule status
Each update is marked on track, at risk or behind with a note. The draft suggests a status from open and overdue RFIs with schedule impact, and you can change it.
Project numbers captured at save
Each update records days remaining to substantial completion and open and overdue RFI counts at the time it was saved, so past updates stay accurate.
Draft, then publish
Save as a draft as often as you like. Once published, the update is locked and the owner can see it.
Owner comments
The owner and the GC team can comment on a published update, so questions stay attached to the week they're about.
How it works
Step by step.
From the first step to the final record.
Step 1
Start this week's update
Conflo files it under the week and fills in a title, summary, upcoming work, issues and a suggested schedule status.
Step 2
Edit the draft
Rewrite what you need, add context to the schedule note, and save as a draft until it's ready.
Step 3
Publish
Publish the update. It's locked, and the owner can now read it.
Step 4
Answer questions
The owner comments on the update and the GC team replies in the same thread.
Who uses it
Built for the whole project team.
Everyone on the job works in the same record — each sees what their role allows.
Questions
Owner updates, answered.
Where does the draft content come from?
From the project itself: RFIs answered and meetings held this week, tasks completed, upcoming owner meetings, high-priority tasks due soon, overdue RFIs, RFIs that affect the schedule, and open action items assigned to the owner.
Can the owner see drafts?
No. The owner sees an update only after it's published. Drafts are visible to the GC team.
Can I edit an update after publishing?
No. A published update is locked so the owner's record of each week doesn't change. Add context in the comments or in next week's update.
Who else on the project sees owner updates?
Only the GC team and the owner. Subs and the design team don't see them.
