Conflo is a small, early team. We're building one platform where general contractors, subcontractors, owners and architects run a construction project together.
What we're building
One record for the whole job.
Construction still runs on disconnected tools, email threads and spreadsheets. Conflo brings bids, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications and closeout into one place — priced so that everyone on the job can use it.
Every action is recorded as structured data, so what happened on a job is known, not reconstructed from email.
How we work
A few things we hold to.
- Build for the field
- If a superintendent can't use it on a phone at the end of a long day, it isn't done.
- Say only what's true
- We describe the product as it works today. What's planned is labelled as planned.
- Small, then simple
- Fewer screens, fewer steps, fewer settings. Every feature has to earn its place.
- Own the whole thing
- A small team means everyone ships end to end — data model, interface and the email that goes out.
