Construction closeout document management software
Close the job without chasing paper.
The closeout package tracks every document the owner is owed, organized by spec section and the company responsible for it. Request them in one pass, review what comes in, and deliver the package once everything is approved.

Closeout package
O&Ms, as-builts, warranties and attic stock collected from every trade.
What it does
Closeout documents requested, reviewed and delivered.
Every closeout deliverable
O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, attic stock, training and lien waivers, each tracked as its own item.
Request a whole section at once
Pick a spec section, the company that owes it, and every document type they owe, with one due date. Each becomes a separate item.
Organized like the binder
Items are grouped by spec section, the same way the closeout binder is organized, and searchable by section, company or document.
Review and send back
Approve what's right. Reject what isn't with a note the sub sees until they resubmit.
Progress at a glance
Percent of the package approved, how many items are waiting on review, and how many requests are past due.
Delivery on the record
Once every item is approved, the GC delivers the package to the owner. The delivery date and who delivered it are recorded.
How it works
Step by step.
From the first step to the final record.
Step 1
Request documents
The GC enters the spec section and title, picks the responsible company, checks each document type owed, and sets a due date.
Step 2
Subs turn them in
Each sub sees only what their company owes and turns in each document. The GC can also turn one in on a sub's behalf.
Step 3
GC reviews
Received documents are approved or sent back with a note. Sent-back items return to outstanding.
Step 4
Deliver to the owner
When everything is approved, the GC delivers the package. The owner sees that it was delivered, when, and by whom.
Who uses it
Built for the whole project team.
Everyone on the job works in the same record — each sees what their role allows.
General contractors
Requests closeout documents by spec section, reviews every item, and delivers the package to the owner.
Subcontractors
Sees exactly which documents their company still owes, turns them in, and sees why anything was sent back.
Owners
Follows the package's progress and sees when it has been delivered.
Questions
Closeout package, answered.
What document types are included?
O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, attic stock, training and lien waivers. You choose which ones each company owes for each spec section.
Can the package be delivered with items still outstanding?
No. Delivery is available only once every requested item has been approved.
What does the sub see when a document is rejected?
The item goes back to outstanding with the GC's note attached, so the sub knows what to fix before turning it in again.
How are overdue documents shown?
Any outstanding item past its due date is flagged overdue, and the overdue count is shown in the package progress bar.
