What's an active project?
A job where your company is the general contractor, from award to closeout. Jobs you're still bidding never count, lost and passed bids don't either, and there's no limit on how many you bid. Completed jobs don't count, and they stay fully readable.
Who pays?
Only the general contractor. Subcontractors, suppliers, owners and architects work on your projects free — and a sub keeps one free login across every GC they work with.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes, on every plan including Free. Invite your whole office and field team, and everyone you build with.
What happens when I need more projects?
Upgrade when you start the next job. On Team you can also add projects one at a time for $179/mo each — or move up to Business.
Can I switch between monthly and annual, or cancel?
Yes. Change plans or cancel any time from Billing. Annual plans are two months free.
Do you charge for onboarding or implementation?
No. You set up the company yourself and start with your next job; jobs already under way stay where they are. If you'd like a person to walk through it with you, book a call.
