Subcontractor daily reports for construction
Subs report their own crew
A subcontractor's foreman or PM sends the day's crew count, hours each and work done from a phone. It becomes that company's manpower row in the GC's daily log, so the super never retypes it. The sub sees only its own reports, never the GC's log.

Daily logs
Weather, manpower and what happened on site, one log per day.
Daily logs
Weather, manpower and what happened on site, one log per day.
What it does
A sub's crew for the day, straight into the GC's log.
Three fields
Crew, hours each and work done. The crew and hours carry over from the last report.
Into the GC's log
The report is the company's manpower row on that day's log, made if the GC hasn't started the day yet.
One row per company
Sending again the same day updates the row. A crew the super already typed is updated in place, not doubled.
Back-fill a missed day
Pick an earlier day and send it. Future days can't be reported.
Only your own
A sub sees the days it reported and nothing else of the GC's log.
Matches the schedule
A crew the schedule expected is shown as reported on the super's log, so nobody confirms it twice.
How it works
Step by step.
From the first step to the final record.
Step 1
Open Daily report
On the job, from the phone.
Step 2
Send the crew
Crew, hours, work done. Send.
Step 3
It's in the log
The super sees it as your manpower row for the day.
Who uses it
Built for the whole project team.
Everyone on the job works in the same record — each sees what their role allows.
Questions
Daily report, answered.
Can the sub see the GC's daily log?
No. The daily log stays the GC's record; a sub sees only its own reports.
